Onsite Support
With the removal of most Covid-19 restrictions we have resumed our normal on-site support service for work that cannot otherwise be undertaken remotely. We understand some customers may still prefer to be cautious so to help us perform onsite work as quickly and safely as possible, please:
Refrain from physical greetings such as handshakes
Have your device turned on and any relevant documentation at the ready
Please open windows to allow fresh air to circulate
Observe social distancing guidelines or where possible allow the technician to work alone in the room
Masks can be worn if preferred
Remote Support
We are fully setup to provide remote support services as normal. Therefore, where technically feasible, support will be provided by remote login in preference to onsite support.
Contactless drop-off
For computer problems that cannot be fixed remotely we continue to offer a contactless drop-off service where you can safely leave your computer at our premises and depart. We will then fix it and let you know when ready to collect, no face-to-face contact required. To access this service please contact us. We also ask you to please wipe down and disinfect any equipment prior to drop-off and we will do the same for your collection.
Cancellations
To help ensure everyone's safety, if you or any member of your household meet any of the criteria listed below, we ask that you book a Remote Support appointment only. If you already have an onsite appointment or contactless drop-off booked and your situation changes, please contact us to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations related to illness will not incur a cancellation fee.
If you:
feel in any way unwell
fall within the high-risk category
have returned from interstate or overseas the last 14 days
have recently had a COVID-19 test and are waiting on results
have had contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
are currently in mandatory self-isolation
Post and payments
To avoid unnecessary travel to the post office and bank, we have suspended our post box address. Should you need to send us anything please contact us first. We accept payments via bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. If at all possible, please use one of these payment methods instead of posting a cheque.

Due to significantly increased call volume, our preferred method of contact is via email or using the contact form on this website. If you do not have access to the internet or email please leave a message on our normal phone number.
